I feel most safe when I am with my family. We look out for each other.   This includes are 2 cats and 2 dogs.  I feel safe and content when I know we are all together.

Respecting others.  Learning not to judge so I can be more accepting and respectful to those around me.  I am striving to give the best part of who I am to my family and those I encounter each day.  It requires me to constantly work on being "in the moment" and accepting of those around me.  I am not great at it - but, I work at it :)  My little dog and cat are a great examples of this.   These two don't see the differences between them.  They are friends. 

I wrote about my father.  My reflections of him and his personal history.  I had it bound in book form and sent it as a gift to my mother, brother and sister.

I am having one of those days where the un-important irritations of the day are dominating my day.  And, I know it is by my choice.  I am writing right now to allow myself a few moments of reflection so I can adjust the direction of my attitude.  I am beginning to feel it work ... flowing, flowing, and flowing.  OK, I am good to go.
